1 c. canned blueberries, drained &amp; rinsed</p>
<p>Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Mix sour cream and egg; stir in milk gradually. Stir in Bisquick just until moistened. Spread half of batter in pan and sprinkle with half of streusel. Spread remaining batter over streusel and sprinkle with blueberries. Sprinkle with remaining streusel. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.</p>
<p>STREUSEL:</p>
<p>1/2 c. brown sugar, packed<br />
1/3 c. flour</p>
<p>Mix brown sugar and flour together.</p>

<p>Topping:<br />
1/3 cup Bisquick mix<br />
1/3 cup packed brown sugar<br />
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon<br />
4 Tbsp butter<br />
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 8&#8243; square pan or 9&#8243; round pan. Mix cake ingredients. Spread cake batter in pan. Insert apple slices into the batter evenly throughout the cake. Mix the topping ingredients of Bisquick, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread topping mix over top of batter in pan. Add slices of butter all over the top.  Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown, testing with a toothpick.</p>
<p>This recipe serves four.</p>

Cut 2 tablespoons firm margarine or butter into 1/4 cup Bisquick baking mix, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg until crumbly.</p>

Spread pie filling over batter (filling may not cover batter completely). Drop remaining batter by tablespoon onto pie filling. Bake until lightly brown 20-25 minute at 350 degrees.</p>
<p>How to Glaze;</p>
<p>Beat 1 cup powdered sugar and 1-2 tablespoons milk until smooth and desired consistency. Drizzle over top cooled coffee cake.</p>
